I reserved a unit a week in advance. I left two voicemails & sent an email. I never heard back. I had to cancel the uhaul I'd reserved, too, because of this.

Worst experience just rented a unit today, come to find out i should have looked at these reviews. Everything these reviews say is 100% true. If anybody has any idea how to cancel my lease please let me know
