Our cat fell 8ft from banister to steps below. Back left leg completely unresponsive. Rushed her to Bettendorf. Luckily they were not busy that night at midnight. Got right in. Staff was very professional and compassionate with us. Very patient with all our questions. Was not able to diagnose exactly what her injury was but was able to rule out that it was not broken bones or spinal injury. Was prompt in forwarding the x-rays to us and our vet immediately after our visit. She is making a slow recovery but we anticipate a full recovery. Would highly recommend this care center for your pet.

I love this place and all their staff! We brought our cat, Ermac, in because he wasn’t acting right. The staff from beginning to end was extremely nice and caring. Our boy ended up crossing the rainbow bridge that night. The staff let us take all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and grieve. I highly recommend this place for all your pet emergency needs.

We brought in our dog for extra care after our dog had surgery and it was insisted to take our dog to this ER clinic for over night care. I really did not appreciate the way the doctor called us 2 hours after leaving our dog in his care and INSISTING on doing ANOTHER surgery all because he felt like our dog wasn’t doing well and MIGHT be internally bleeding then kept saying “but i don’t think your dog will make it if we do this surgery but if we don’t I don’t think she’ll make it either” i tried to explain to him that our dog has social anxiety and is very timid that it may be the reason why she isn’t moving or looking at them or acting “normal”. He didn’t take my word for it and still wanted to do the surgery. We rushed to the ER and picked up our dog. That same day in the morning our dog seemed perfectly fine after I gave the pain meds our dog was fine. Till this day our dog is almost fully healed and our vet confirmed she was healthy.

We drove over an hour to see them when our dog starting having multiple issues late on a Wednesday night and there were no emergency vets nearby. There was a longish wait as expected in an emergency room (no different than for people), and they were prioritized by severity of need. When the doctor was able to see him, she came to us with some options for care and we chose what was both affordable and seemed best. They were able to diagnose his pancreatitis by blood work and gave medicine and special food. Three days later and he is almost back to normal! They were quick with the correct diagnosis, sensitive to our financial needs, kept us updated during the several hours we were there. All in all as good of an experience as you can ask for. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went in with our black lab who had hurt her leg, we were worried because she couldn’t put weight on it. Staff were very professional, informative and caring. The Doctor was very compassionate and answered all our questions. The staff kept us informed on every cost before they did anything so there were no surprises. Would highly recommend in case of an emergency.

We had a great experience here today. Christmas Eve, my dog wakes up with an inflamed, weepy eye which she won't keep open. We try a few things at home but decide to go to an emergency vet so we don't have bigger problems tomorrow. We drove from Iowa City to Bettendorf to come here based on reviews and wait times quoted upon calling. These guys were great. They got us into a room quickly, we're incredibly kind to my very vet-shy rescue dog, and we're just accommodating in general. I paid $180 for the visit, a dye test, and antibiotic ointment. I'd pay much more for this kind of service and care, and will definitely be coming here for any future emergency vet needs.

We are from the QC but live in Kansas City and were home for Christmas. Our girl Mocha seemed fine up until the trip and by Christmas morning was paralyzed, couldn't walk, and seriously freaked out. Everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable that it felt like we were in the right place to let her go. Her ashes just arrived at our home today and they took a paw print in clay also. Very thoughtful and kindness we'll never forget. Thank you so much.

Wouldn’t take my dog because of short staff and didn’t have an anesthesiologist. This is the only choice in the quad cities and I’m just in shock that this is even ok

We called last minute to euthanize our elderly cat struggling with cancer. This was our first time here and I will be returning if I'm ever in the situation again they were so understanding it was quiet and clean and they were so respectful and professional they got us in and out it was the best interaction I've had with any vet I can not thank then enough for comforting me and my cat during her final moments.

I've been meaning to review them for months. SO compassionate, very professional & educational. They made the process "easier" when we lost our puppy to parvo. I will forever recommend them if you're dealing with an emergency or in some cases, death of your fur baby.

I am glad there is a facility like this for holiday and weekend care. I called Thanksgiving night needing guidance if I should bring in my cat. I called twice with no answer. I wasn’t sure what to do so I called a third time to leave a message. The third call I got an answer, the receptionist said that he can be seen and went over the wait time and the initial cost.I walked in and got into an exam room right away, the tech came in and got my cat back. She did let me know they will be a longer wait due to a critical case. No problem, I completely understand. I ended up waiting most of my time in the lobby. I watched people coming in and out, the phone was ringing a lot. The staff was courteous I probably watched and heard 10+ encounters. Overall I was there around 3 hours. My cat was diagnosed with a possible abscess but was unable to see the specific tooth due to pain. So a few medications were prescribed and they were going to administer the first round. My husband went to go warm up the car and I continued to wait to take my cat home. I was notified that he was overdosed. I am grateful that they wanted to be aggressive in his treatment with pushing fluids for 48 hours. There is potential for kidney and throat damage. So I left the hospital after 9pm and had to pick him up the following day from 7-730 to take him to my vet to continue fluids. 1/2 way there I got a call from the hospital saying my vet was closed so I went to a different one in Moline. So I drove from LeClaire to Moline, dropped him off, then picked him back up in Moline at 5 to take him back to the hospital for continued fluids. I had to speak with a tech before dropping him off, she let me know if his blood work is ok I could pick him up Saturday at 10pm. She had me sign the estimate of the cost but assured me that it was covered.I called Saturday night to confirm pick up at 10 or if I should pick him up in the morning. I go to bed fairly early so I wanted to know the plan.I was able to pick him up and was told about new medicine he was on for ulcers. I was able to finally take him home around 11pm. I was told I needed to get more blood work done.I read the chart and a few of his levels are elevated. I am concerned with future issues and his quality of life considering he is less than a year old.I’m glad he seems to be getting back to normal and they are paying for the cost. I live 35 min away so this error has still cost me in fuel and time. Luckily we were able to adjust our weekend accordingly. If the overdose wouldn’t have happened I would have given a higher rating. The two stars is because they were honest and covering the cost willingly.

I took my 12 year old cat here in the middle of the night last weekend, without calling ahead (sorry!), due to vomiting issues, leading to major concern of dehydration and underlying issues. Everyone was super nice and seemed genuinely concerned about my baby, and didn’t seem judgmental about my panic. The whole staff was great with my girl, took care of her in a reasonable time frame, and gave her quality care. I’m so grateful that we have this place nearby! Bunny is feeling much better ❤️
