Besides a couple good finds, store looks like it hasn't been recovered in months and the huge building is off putting for how much of it is empty space. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a shut down soon. Find some good stuff now while you can

Very dirty, looked like the store was just vandalized. Trash all over the floor and no one trying to clean anything.

IDK why they're still in this giant building. Such a waste of space. Most of the building is blocked off because there's not enough product to fill the store. Clothes are often on the floor. There were 2 people working the day we went in. All of the fitting rooms are closed. We asked to use one and we were told the person that has the key wasn't in the building... After waiting over 20 minutes we were told they couldn't open them because there wasn't enough staff... The store was nearly empty. The cashier spent the entire time we were there chatting on her cell phone. We left without buying anything since they have a strict no return policy and no opportunity to make sure the clothes fit..

This store is a disgrace and how they continue to stay open with these safety concerns is beyond me. Someone up the chain is negligent in their position, I have never seen anything like this.

I love shopping at Burlington’s OTHER locations all around the country… this store is the worst I’ve ever seen. Not sure if they can’t find help or just don’t care. You can find good deals if you are willing to “wade” through the merchandise… literally!!! Please clean this store up it is the worst store in the chain.
It seems like it would be easy enough to at least get things off of the floor an aisle at a time… It looks like the photos below ALL the time.

I was out of town and decided to stop at this location for good deals. I hate to say but this location was seriously filthy. Merchandise and garbage everywhere. The floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. I have 2 stores in hometown and neither one is even close to being this bad. I would not recommend this location.

Quite possibly the dirtiest store I've ever been in. Carpets looked like they haven't been cleaned in months, actual trash around the whole store, merchandise piled in random spots, clothes thrown on the floor everywhere, and nothing was organized. It was a complete mess. Whoever manages this store should be extremely embarrassed to be running it. It's a shame because I used to shop here a few years back and while it was a bit disorganized, it was at least clean and I could find what I was looking for.

It is SO messy and unorganized! Everything is literally everywhere and that doesn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. However, the cashier was kind, so, that's why I gave two stars. TBH, they need better upper management because each time I come in the store looks worse and worse.

This store is just ridiculously messy...I get they are downsizing to move locations...but there is merchandise scattered all over the floors in every department. The workers dress in sweat pants t shirts...leggings flip flops. They may take what they can...but dress with class. You are a retail store...I sure hope you find someone that can improve it all once you move.
I do like the value and price. I just won't buy something that's been on the floor
