We have been very pleased with our experience at Concept Bath Systems. Our master bath was very small and had insufficient storage. Collin had some great suggestions as to how we could increase storage and give us a few more inches in our shower. That may not sound like much but it is nearly done and I can already see the improvement. Collin is knowledgable and easy to work with. The crews were excellent also. They were friendly, considerate and skilled at their work. We were kept informed. They weren't pushy but made suggestions that in the long run were to our benefit. We had one small glitch which they remedied quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a bath remodel.

Concept Baths did an excellent job on our master bathroom. We had an onyx shower with a glass pivot door put in to replace our old outdated shower and we love it. Dale and Dalton were our installers and they were terrific, as was everyone at the shop. Highly recommend !!

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with the folks at Concept Bath. They basically gutted our 35 year old 3/4 bath and replaced it. It looks awesome. TJ and Drew exceeded my expectations! They were very neat, clean and efficient. This was unlike any renovation we have experienced in the past. Eric was very easy to work with and made making all the decisions very easy; even when I threw him a curve. Thank you all for your professionalism. We recommend you to everyone. They remodeled two bathrooms! Both turned out fantastic! TJ and his team were the best. They do great work, cleaned up at the end of everyday, and TJ made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted!

Our remodel required a complete gut of the existing bathroom, which exposed some serious issues within the walls. TJ and his assistant Zane made quick work of the demo and prepared the room for the new fixtures. TJ takes a lot of pride in his work and consulted us frequently as the work progressed. Any problems that developed were appropriately resolved, and the finished remodel is exactly what we were hopeful of achieving. We are very pleased with the results.
