The store was clean & it looked like the manager was stocking the Halloween candy, other customers doing their thing. I didn't see any friendly smiles or helping hands but I do like how the aisles are clearly named.

The Bettendorf CVS pharmacy does an excellent job of managing prescriptions for its customers, keeping them apprised with the on-line app. The CVS app is excellent, not just for prescriptions, but for vaccinations, products, and specials in the store(s).

The experience with CVS Pharmacy on Spruce Hills has been uncaring and awful. Each encounter is met with individuals whom are uncaring, not happy with what they do and should not be working with the public. I would NOT recommend them to anyone ever.

Only a few people who work here are helpful and provide great customer service. Some of their employees are rude and inconsiderate how they treat customers. I can see why this place has unfavorable rating. Senior management can do a better job to improve customer experience

Friendly staff, had my medication filled before I arrived, just a nice location, and the parking lot next to the building was easily able to accommodate my 80’ truck and trailer. The store was clean, well stocked, and staffed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it was a pleasure to do business there.

It is insane that the prescription drive up window is also being used for people doing COVID tests! Three cars in front of me, all did COVID test, over 20 minute wait! OPEN Another lane - horrible service! Protect others from infection! Horrible policy!

WORST customer service ever, I went to refill a prescription for my dog, which has been filled here for the past 4 months, first, the man at the drive thru was rude and condescending, as I was instructed to come inside, from the drive thru. When I came inside the female's attitude was amazingly enough, even ruder!! We can't tell you why the price doubled and we can't see the history, and we, yes she spoke in the plural, and we don't take the discount prescription card. What??? No worries rude people, there are other drug stores.

AWFUL customer service. Called to ceckon status of rx, was told if we came in it would be 10 minutes. Went in and they said 30 minutes. Came back 40 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. The tech asked the pharmacist, Carolyn, to do our rx next but she said she forgot when asked about it 5 minutes later. It ended up being over an hour in total, for an rx that was called in as an emergency. I don't know why anyone would go here. If it's the only place covered by your insurance then change insurance companies. If that's not an option I truly feel sorry for you.

I have never had so many problems with a Pharmacy as I have with CVS. They constantly have to order prescriptions that I am refilling every 90 days, causing me to run out.They claim they don't receive prescriptions sent electronically from my Doctor making me go off a maintenance medication for 10 days causing withdrawal symptoms. The Doctor called and yelled at them, they didn't seem to care. I went to a Walk In Clinic and was prescribed a medication that I was to start right away but again they don't have the prescription in stock. Unfortunately, I can't go to any other pharmacy due to my insurance company.
