Spoke with Keith about an issue with our fireplace. He was extremely helpful and gave us the exact parts we needed. He even spent time to draw out some portions of the fireplace based on the pictures we showed him and told us how to make it work better overall.

I've read these past reviews and scratch my head. This team was hands down the most professional and efficient in their install.
