Barbie is absolutely, hands down who I prefer to have cut my hair @ devils glenn. The care she shows, attention to detail, and it’s clear she’s not rushing through just to get to the next cut.

Gave them a reference photo of exactly I wanted for my child. They BUTCHERED his hair. Lopsided, uneven, and so bad. They “fixed it” but not even close to what I asked for. I had to ACTUALLY fix it when we got home. They need more training. This is not okay. Will absolutely never go back. Waste of my money.

I have never felt more like myself thanks to Barbie at this Great Clips location. It is my favorite haircut I have ever received, and I will absolutely be returning. I was so anxious because I can’t describe what I want my hair to look like in the correct terminology, but as I stumbled over my words and showed her a photo, she knew exactly what to do. My shag cut looks amazing with and without styling it, super easy to maintain, has truly brightened my time in Eastern Iowa.

I'm just going to be straightforward. Out of the 20ish times I've been to this location, I've had one good haircut. I have no idea why I kept going, but this was the final time. Hairstylist used thinning sheers too close to my scalp now I look like I'm balding lol
2 stars since it's always there if you need a haircut, but you're rolling the dice with every visit.

Came to this location after the location at the bett plex completely messed up my daughters hair and proceeded to be very nasty and disrespectful....when we walked Into this location and explained what happened at the other one the girls were amazing!!!! RAY and Addysin were absolutely wonderful and really did great making us feel better, as I was super upset and shaking, and fixing my daughters hair....this location now has our business permanently and thank you for having such wonderful ladies working here!!

Fantastic experience! Stopped in on a whim, left with the best haircut I've had in years!! The stylist did exactly as I asked and gained a happy customer. I will be back!!
