We shop at the Bettendorf Hyvee most of the time so I wanted to transfer our prescriptions to the store this week from another provider. Between my husband and I, we have 26 prescriptions - and good insurance. I was a bit concerned with the poor reviews on Google for this location, but decided to call and see for myself. I waited on hold for a long time, and then when I finally got someone on the line, she was rude and didn't want to answer some basic questions about my prescription transfer. When I said maybe I should call somewhere else, she said that sounded like a good idea. I did and the next Hyvee I called was night and day different -very helpful and took as much time as I needed.

Disappointing/frustrating Experience with Immunization DocumentationI recently received both the Covid and flu vaccines at this pharmacy on Oct 13, 2023. Unfortunately, when I inquired about the documentation, the manager was dismissive and in total denial. Despite having received the vaccines, I was falsely accused of not having received them—a frustrating experience that felt like gaslighting. It's disheartening to be treated unfairly as a customer. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider my patronage.

I think it’s very poor customer service that the pharmacy person cannot tell me a general timeframe of when my med would be delivered to the house. I asked if it would be delivered by noon and the person said they cannot give any type of timeframe. the medication is time sensitive for the situation. That being said, I could not use the delivery service. When I called the pharmacy to ask about delivery, they wanted to rush me off the phone and simply said that they did not have the prescription from the doctor. My doctors office told me they sent it at 11:30 this Morning. Before the Pharmacy technician hung up, I had to raise my voice so that they knew I had a question about the delivery once they have the prescription. Apparently, there was a technical error in the transmission of the prescription. I mentioned this difficult phone call conversation with as It is not the first time That the pharmacy technician has rushed to get me off the phone Without being helpful. On another occasion, the pharmacy person on the phone Wanted me to transfer all my medication’s from another pharmacy by using the app. Transfer of an entire families pres Prescriptions is not practical and any other time I had transferred, the technician was able to do it on their end. As far as I know, the app asked you to Enter each prescription one by one. I look forward to a helpful smile on the phone in future service from your pharmacy.

Thank you for the $75 arrangement plus delivery and tip for my mom's birthday... I even know carnations are not worth $75 (anywhere) I was kind. then I asked if they could replace the bouquet... here's what I got.Not happy. This is disgraceful. I called again and they came back, TOOK HER flowers back, did not refund me and gave her a dead plant. I'm embarrassed for you Hy-Vee.Would've rather given her money for groceries than EVER given flowers from you.Go designer or don't do it, unless you want thisSickens me to my stomach that this was even worth this much. Might as well go else where or designer. They at least care.

My husband and I had a very negative experience with one of the butchers at the HyVee on Devils Glen in Bettendorf on July 2, 2023, so I had posted a negative review of their butcher counter on Yelp. Management from that HyVee store reached out to us the very next morning and apologized for what had happened. They did make things right with us and so I am changing my negative review to a very positive one. This HyVee location clearly does care about the quality of service they provide to their customers. I highly recommend this HyVee location.

We've used this hyvee pharmacy maybe 5 times and every time has been awful. Every employee is apparently trained on how to talk down to their customers. Each time we've picked up a prescription we've felt like absolute burden for making them do any type of work. We've had numerous issues mainly being the employee and pharmacist didn't want to be bothered or go an extra inch to help. We've been filling prescriptions at your other hyvee for 10+ years they have always been AMAZING and have great customer service. We switched to be closer to home. I hope we don't ever have to visit again.

Drive through closes 1 hour before pharmacy hours end (currently). Always very busy and understaffed but friendly and professional. Average waits btwn 10-20 mins in my experience. Good prices using GoodRx keep me coming back, despite the anxiety-producing parking lot and overcrowded store.

I was just in to return to return Halloween candy last night and I was accused of a money situation by an assistant manager. I asked for cash back since my mom give me her credit card. She didn't give me the correct cash. Then my mom came in and tried to calm the situation down. It didn't help. The assistant manager was not nice and rude and I won't return to Hy-Vee again.

Worst experience at this pharmacy. I had an appointment for a Covid booster shot which I had to wait in line for. I didn't have my card when I got to the front counter so went home to get it. I was told at the time they take walk-ins any time. I came back and had to wait in line to get to the counter. I was there 2 minutes after the final time to give shots. I was not able to get my shot because I was "too late". In my opinion I should have gotten my shot. In all of my professional jobs, I have worked over time just to help someone out. This Hy-Vee doesn't do that. Not helpful at all. I would recommend going somewhere else for your shot and/or store business. Poor customer service! And I also called to speak to the pharmacy manager and was transferred to produce instead. I was on the phone for 12 minutes before I was told that the pharmacy manager wasn't there and wouldn't be back until the next day.

I have yet to have a time that the one prescription I have there has been there within 3 days. They do not call to inform that they do not have it, so I go into the store, stand in line for several minutes before I am told that they MIGHT have it "tomorrow" , if I would like to check back. Also, every time I call for a refill, I must call back a couple times before the phone is answered. Even just yesterday, I was on hold for 6 minutes, and every 2 minutes, the same guy would come back on and ask, "Are you still holding for the pharmacy? They are horrible at answering the phone"...Then back on hold. I am not sure why this is, as there are many people working there. Just today, I transferred out.

I’m a vendor that recently visited this store for the first time & WOW!!!! Does this team have it together. So friendly, so kind and ever so helpful. They are certainly here to help you have your best day and help you make some amazing memories. And did you know they have dietitians that help plan healthy meals for you with a shopping list!! Again, over the top team!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Meat counter sucks, I stood there waiting to be helped but the three at the meat counter looked at me and IGNORED me and after a couple minutes a few other people came to the meat counter and they HELPED THEM FIRST AND NEVER HELPED ME!!!! I put everything back and left and went to Fareway. Screw this Hy-Vee and their rude employees.

This pharmacy has the rudest staff I've ever witnessed at a pharmacy. They're unprofessional when speaking over the phone and over the counter. They always seem inconvenienced by you being there and inquiring about what you need. They informed me when a prescription is called in, they don't fill the prescription the same day... like what? The last conversation I had over the phone with them I was literally hung up on as I was still asking questions. Unbelievable that a place can be so unprofessional
