Terrible service. Paid them and waited over a year and a half before we got a half-completed broken website. Never return our calls or emails.

We paid $3800 for some improvements on our business website. Jason estimated 2 weeks and after 5 months we ended up giving up and had to move to a new developer. Very non responsive, uneven behavior by them. There was always an excuse. DO NOT work with them. We could not emphasize this more.

Please do not hire this company. We paid $3800 to get some work done with a 2 weeks estimate. 5 MONTHS later we were still struggling to get things corrected. We were totally screwed by them. Unprofessional, non responsive and disrespectful. The only creativity we witnessed were the creative excuses as to why our work had not been done yet. Total waste.

Jason is a true artist when it comes to web and app development.

I am one of the co-owners of a business, Prep Outfitters. We started this business in the Quad Cities in 2019 & put our trust into QC Total Tech to create a "from scratch" website. When I say "our trust", I mean about $8,000 worth of trust. After asking for a refund for an over payment of $40, we received a check made out incorrectly. After asking for the check to be resent to us(to the correct name), the owner of QC Total Tech, Jason Howell, responded that he will get a new one out Monday. Within the SAME minute, Jason forwarded our email thread with the response "**** her"... to me, Emily. When, quite frankly, he meant to forward our email thread to his wife, Emily Howell. So f*** me for asking for a $40 refund for a service that I didn't receive? Is this how he talks to all his customers and partners? If you are thinking about doing business with QC Total Tech, DON'T. The most disrespectful business partners around.

They told me this company claims to have been in business for 16 years, but I have only started seeing reviews after my fiance and I questioned the legitimacy. We had been trying to publish a review that does not visible to everyone we know and from every device. The amount of 5 star ratings have sky rocketed since we arose their truths and lack of professionalism should be concerning to every review reader. These people are as deceitful as they come. They charged my fiance and I over $3,800.00 for a website that they never built....we are still waiting.PLEASE REPORT FRAUD!!! TO THE BBB.J.K.

They did a great job putting my website together!! Jason and his wife really put alot of effort into bringing the vision to life. They are also very truthful and upfront about everything, which really helped me trust that they had my best interests in mind.

QC Total Tech has been successful in meeting all of my "techy" needs. They are very friendly to work with, they understand my needs as a consumer that I myself may not even really understand, and their response time and turnaround time are excellent. I would highly recommend the QC Total Tech team!

Jason and his team are second to none. Whenever we have need of a project large or small they always come through with flying colors. Most importantly I can always tell our clients "we can do that" because I know QC Total Tech can and will find a way.

1 star, just to be able to leave a review...AND MY ORGANIZATION AND I ARE STILL WORKING ON MAKING THIS REVIEW AS PUBLIC AS IT COULD POSSIBLY BE.The level of unprofessional ism I encountered at this business is unprecedented.Irrational excuses as to why they feel like they feel entitled to keep a full payment for their services and refused to meet their end of the business agreement.I suggest exercising detail examination of their contract. Mine offered no warranty, no refund, and apparently, no commitment to deliver. We have decided to escalate the conflict into a legal matter and request an investigation the FTC, regarding their business practices and their compliance with Goggle Adds, and the FTC, agency that has made the practice of omitting honest Reviews, Illegal!!!..., since March, 14 2017.The opinion this couple had about their local clientele was discouraging…to say the least.. On my second visit, they told my fiance and I (A LOCAL), that local people were "@!&@#" (an expression I will not type to see if the review becomes visible to everyone) , and that they would have a hard time even understanding our Profession and Methodology. Our now Non-Profit Organization was to be dedicated to HELP persons with Life Threatening, Family Crushing, Chronic, Addictive Behaviors and Mental Disorders, but Jason's and Julie's actions has left us in the air with upcoming presentation to potential donors and members, we cannot conduct until we develop the website they owe us.It is also interesting that they claim to be in business for 16 years but they had no reviews before this one.SINCE WE QUESTIONED THE LEGITIMACY OF THEIR PAGE SET UP AND SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, "NEW" 5 STAR REVIEWS HAVE SUDDENLY! POP UP AND BECOME VISIBLE TO US AND OTHERS REVISING THE PAGE. IN MY AND OUR ORGANIZATION'S OPINION, BASED ON OUR OBSERVATION OF THEIR PRACTICES, THAT THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THEIR ANGLE AND WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE FALSE AND/OR MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT.EXERCISE CARE!!! WHEN DOING BUSINESS HERE.A.G.PS POST THIS REVIEW JASON!!!...AND GIVE US THE PRODUCT OR THE MONEY YOU ARE STEELING FROM US!!!YOUR NEW!!! REVIEWS ARE HIGHLY!!!!! SUSPICIOUS. YOU HAD NONE UNTIL THIS ATTEMPT TO STEEL MY MONEY CAME UP.WE SUGGEST TO EXERCISE CARE WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH QC TOTAL TECH OR ANYONE THAT USES THEIR PRODUCTS, AS THEY SEEM TO BE ABLE TO MANIPULATE TECHNOLOGY, AND INFORMATION THEY PRESENT TO ON THEIR SITE AND THEIR WORK. ULTIMATELY, PUBLIC PERCEPTION.
