Love this gym! You won’t find a better or CLEANER place to hit your fitness goals. Also the 24 hr access is awesome! I never have to check the hours to see if they are open or have to wait for class times to go. Check it out, you will love it.

Quad city performance is a clean welcoming gym. They have a variety of equipment and have very knowledgeable staff. They start you in a path that is right for you. I love being a part of this gym and working with all of them. I am not super physically fit but don’t feel judged. I do feel encouraged to do better.
