Michael and crew do a fantastic job at taking care of their customers. I've had a few small issues with my irrigation system and they have bent over backwards to try to help fix the issue. After diagnosing the issues they get them solved and fixed quickly and correctly. This company has great service, people, communication, products, and support! The entire team was super responsive, very concientious and professional. I received a quick quote after calling them and they installed within the timeframe they promised. Thank you to Michael and his RainMaster team! We completed a home irrigation system installation project over the summer and from start to finish, could not be happier. Michael provided the quote with a quick turnaround time and was extremely responsive as well as easy to communicate with throughout. When it came time to complete the project, we appreciated the flexibility with install as we coordinated with several other projects being completed at the house the same time. The crew completing the project did an excellent job and everything turned out great! Lastly, Michael was quick to follow-up afterwards to ensure we were happy with everything and to stop over and go over the operation of the new system. We had an irrigation system installed recently by Rain Master (Bettendorf, IA - location). Installation and service was outstanding. The attention to detail and care for the current yard and landscaping was above expectations. The time and effort taken to ensure the job was done right and that all of my questions were answered did not go un-noticed. Michael and his crew were very patient with my many questions and concerns. They worked with me as I tried to figure out plot lines and did a very thorough and deliberate setup of the sprinkler system. The installers were also very informative and I was pretty much able to operate the system right after they left. Their installation covered every point in the yard and they briefed me on where and why they placed the heads in those locations. I would definitely recommend them for sprinkler installations!
