Working for security at MVF and didn't have online reservation customer service take care of us and work this through it it was very pleasant to be taken care of like that that late at night after working the Mississippi Valley Fair and security very warm cozy atmosphere rooms were lovely showers were hot.

Don't get the hot tub suite the water doesn't get hot. Service is crap at the front desk I wouldn't call them staff I'd call them rude employees. Discourtesy runs rampant there except for one housekeeper and I have nothing else nicer than that to say.
