This place has lots of deferred maintenance needs. Breakfast is a few carb options. It could be a nice inn with a new investor putting tens millions into renovations, but then the price would triple. And that's the deal - if you just want a bed, bath, and room for a low price, this is an excellent value.

Pool out of oder and public restrooms out of order. Carpets old nasty. So called breakfast too little to late. Just beware for 130.00 a night you get very little.
