As usual for T Mobile, the store was good but the 611 customer care is pretty garbage.Pros:-Helped me get my account number-Gave me a T Mobile holiday glass (t Mobile Tuesdays)-Physical care agent did not argue me with anything, and was in matter of fact pretty cool (sorry i didn't catch your name)Cons:-611 sucks-only 611 can "help" you get a transfer pin-611 will give you the wrong steps in unlocking your phone-first step, stop selling One Plus. And second step, fix your super faulty voicemail system.

Sold me a Samsung phone that is less than good. It also is not just a Samsung phone but comes with the cr*ppy annoying tmobile start up ad EVERYTIME I turn on my phone. Tmobile service DOES NOT WORK WELL IN The quad cities!!!!! Do NOT GET TMOBILE iF YOU REALLY WANT A SIGNAL..I have DAILY dropped calls, POor signals, rarely get text messages until HOURS later!!! The internet rarely connects. And the only way I can actually get service is to use my wifi thru metronet for my tmobile phone service that is basically nonexistent. AND? DONT EVER TRY CALLING TMOBILE BECAUSE YOU WILL LITERALLY START OULLING YOUR HAIR OUT FRON FRUSTRATION. YOU CAN NEVER GET THE ACTUAL STORES YOU CALL. NOR ANYONE REALLY. EXCEOT THE HORRID ANSWERING ROBOT SYSTEM THAT KNOWS MY NAME EXACTLY EVERY SINGKE FREAKIN TIME. They also use an India call center for their support system so there is a language barrier where I can never ever get any resolution to our 5 phone line issues. All the India call center people do is say oh I'm so sorry this happen to you here take money. And my bill is lower but it should be for no service most of the time anyways. The worst part if this is not bad enough, is that it takes tons of time and frustration and heartache on my part as I despise sitting on the phone through all the hoops of verifying my name address birthday pin numbers secret code messages and all the other hoops tmobile adds to what should he a simple call that I seriously just want to smash my phone and never use tmobile service again. But then despite the fact they LIED and said my phone was FREE I am making payments on my free phone. BUYER BEWARE

T-Mobile will not work with you about billing will charge you outrageous amounts of money for "services" just paid a $400 phone bill two days later checked my account again over due 200 highly do not recommend T-Mobile stay away

Update 2: Talked to Roy at this store today. My issue with the $1.89 charge had already been reversed by the time I called. I would do business with this location.Update: A few days after being in this T-Mobile store, we received a bill from T-Mobile for a $1.83 for one day of service even though we walked out there with nothing. We'll be contacting the store over this and will update this review with the result.My wife and I spent close to 2 hours at this store shopping for a mobile hotspot plan that worked for us. We ended up not buying anything here, but Roy patiently helped us and answered all of our questions. He gave us the pros and cons of T-Mobile's Home internet and was very consistent with the reviews I had read on the Internet.

Very Nice Helpful Staff. Nice & Clean. Theres even a table w/ chairs to sit while your phone is getting serviced. Inside is really calming And cool.
