Do not like the new location. Most all the people in Bettendorf live on top of the hill and you put the bank at the bottom of the hill. Difficult to get to the bank.

Well, the customer service was usually good at the old Bettendorf location. Now they've moved to the new location. Drive through doesn't have a window anymore, and with the personal approach gone so was the friendliness of the drive through tellers... at least that was our experience... thinking about moving on to a new bank...
