Blake and Mike replaced an out take pipe in my basement.
They were here when they said they would be. Were so friendly and professional. Did the job cleaned up. They are great. I so recommend them and TMI. I have the home warranty so glad I do.

TMI and plumbers Blake and Josh did several jobs at a home we’re remodeling. Each time the work was done quickly and with skill. The best part is their effort to deal with unexpected problems. When the countertop I purchased didn’t fit properly they found a supplier with the right size and finished the job. It’s reassuring knowing that they will get the job completed.

Always been a pleasure working with the customer support team at TMI.
That being said, the home warranty is a scam. Do not purchase one. They will always take the lowest cost route to 'fix' a problem just to get it working again. I had multiple service calls within a year to fix my water heater. It would work for a short while, then something else would fail. They should have just replaced the whole thing at this point, but they would not do that.
When my home warranty was up for renewal, they denied my request to renew it. Apparently it was "not in their best interest financially to renew my home warranty." So essentially I cost them too much money. I would assume that I had too many service calls. Even though TMI would not correctly address the issue like they should have in the first place.
The "home warranty" is basically insurance and they can drop you at any time.

Tmi home warranty customer for around 7 years and very happy with their services.Their office and dispatch people are great and so are their repair people. Piece of mind that I always have someone to call and it’s always the same cost when they come out. Policy cost has been a good value for us.

I have had a home warranty with TMI for 11 years. I have used it a few times over the years and the technicians are always professional and knowledgeable regarding the work required. I have no complaints and would recommend the company.

The technicians are always nice and helpful! The lady that answers the phone is one of the kindest people ever! She always has a positive attitude and is so willing to help! I love working with them and would recommend them to anyone.

TMI has been great to work with. We bought a home warranty through them and after a month we had many problems with our HVAC. After trying to find the problem, the technician determined it would be best to replace the furnace. While the installers were here they found more issues. Warranty covered a majority of the entire repair. Since we decided to upgrade we ended up paying a lot out of pocket but it was the best choice in the long run. Woody was very informative and gave us all the options for the best repair to be performed. Installers were friendly and knew what they were doing. The repair man that came out before was the same. Great service. Thanks TMI.

This company is not honest, charge me $426 for diagnostic and changed filter. It took the tech an hour just to pick up the filter, and then he said the unit has to be replaced. Are we paying for the hour the tech might use to run his own errands?

We Called in for a dishwasher repair. The repair Person came a week later and said he needed a part to fix it and that we could use it until the part came in. This was over 2 weeks ago. In fact We could not use it and more was wrong with it then expected. We called and said they were going to order the other part as well. That was two weeks ago! The people they sent to do the work own the Warranty company?????? The cool thing is I have a lot of Facebook followers and do a lot of videos as well. DO not USE THESE GUYS!
