Terrible experience. Employees don’t seem like they want to help the customers. I am not going to be doing business with them.

Steven or shane I think his name was. Came up with hatered and talked very rudely to us. I didn't appreciate the service here

They have turned this place around. Customer service is very good. Remember though they are a franchise and some of the things they're asked to do are not very renumerative. They are not employees of UPS directly. But they do a great job with a lot of traffic.
