They have turned this place around. Customer service is very good. Remember though they are a franchise and some of the things they're asked to do are not very renumerative. They are not employees of UPS directly. But they do a great job with a lot of traffic.

Tried them again, still worst service ever. Printers are down, guy behind the counter looks like he just rolled out of bed. He is rude and not helpful at all. Get your printers fixed, you are a business. This has been going on for a long time. Worst service I’ve ever received. I don’t recommend them at all.

Very disappointed in this encounter. I have never found myself so short with an employee before. I had to come back a second time because the printers are still down after two years. The older man who I found myself interacting with a second time was behind the counter and was extremely dismissive to myself and several other individuals who came in. One woman was trying to make polite conversation with him and he ignored her completely- probably due to his headphone in his ear. The kindest I saw of him was the older man who came in who he was gossiping with about a girl who “threw away keys to the store” and now he has to pay $300 out of his own pocket to replace the locks to two stores. Forced to be a fly on the wall, I was trying to figure out what I needed to return my package for free as I was promised by the company I bought it from. Turns out I printed the wrong label but couldn’t print it at this store and I refuse to interact with this employee again. I opted to pay the $16 dollars rather than come back. The younger employee was nice and I wish I would have been able to deal with him instead. It seems like all of the local UPS stores are dealing with printer problems and since I know this is ongoing and has been for a while now, I will be avoiding this chain like the plague.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Not that the guy that “helped me” didn’t take my package, but he was so rude that I wanted to just not ship anything with UPS! This has been my experience at the Bettendorf, the East Moline, and the Davenport stores. I really don’t think I’m going to use The UPS stores anymore. I’ll find a different company like FedEx to ship my stuff through.

Wanted to drop off a package today. Came there 6:30, the store is open until 7 pm (that's what it says on the sign next to the door). THE FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED!I could see an employee inside, talking on the phone. He didn't even look at me. This seems to match the other 1 star reviews for this store. What else should I say?

The staff that is there could pick up the slack and move order ship dates to give themselves time to pack. No reason I should have to go 4 times in a week to drop off an Amazon return and you’re temporarily closed. Place is a mess. Very poor service. Smile once in a while

Tried to bring a package in a few days ago only to find a "temporarily closed" sign on the door during normal business hours. Pretty crazy since the holiday is only a few weeks away. UPS is great as a shipping provider, but this location continues to be the worst in the area.

Hours are very inconsistent. Sometimes when I go they are closed and will reopen at 3:30 and other times have had to close completely at 3:30. Never had any problems with packages so far though.

Would not let me ship a package because they needed the last box for themselves. Said every other size was “overkill”. Horrible service

This location even though called "The UPS Store" is in fact not a UPS store and is run by a 3rd party company and therefore very limited on what they can do. Very misleading.
