$77.29 for 9 day's worth of unlimited services? Mobile data was used for only 3 minute's, 10 - 15 short phone calls & text messages & I have been using Wi-Fi to keep off adding more charges towards monthly bill. Before closing the account down I was not asked if I wanted to pay off the should have been low overall bill or told the bill could have been reduced to keep me from closing the account. And to the companies corporate I come to find out you could have put me on a cheaper plan but just could not contact me ever to address it?

Got a new phone five days ago. Went in today to change my plan, and apparently there is a 120 day waiting period after buying a new phone before you can change your plan that no one told me about.Company policy, you see. I'm sure there's a great reason for this. Not at all arbitrary. I wish I could give zero stars.

I stopped in over my lunch break to get my screen protector replaced and Ali did a great job getting me in and out of the store in 10 minutes. This is definitely my favorite US Cellular store in the Quad Cities. I highly recommend them.

Ali Maubach at the Middle Road, Bettendorf location is the BEST! With a family of 5, I absolutely dread getting new phones and I put it off as long as possible. 2.5 years ago we switched to US Cellular and I had considered switching again but I can’t imagine going through the process without someone like Ali to help us. We just got new phones again and she individually helped each of us with the new phone set up, transfers and made this such an easy process. Because of Ali and the amazing service we receive here, we will never leave!

I just stopped by the store for another phone..(early upgrade) my phone had gotten stolen ..obviously got it back..so the attendant gets snotty with me and tells me that the phone had to be in perfect condition. The backing of the phone was ripped off..thats it.. she didn't bother to look at it..takes my information ..my acct is up on the screen and asks for identification. Are you kidding me? I just gave her the password pin etc to her and asks me that? Uuuggghhh!! No wonder US Cellular is going downhill. Not to mention the pulled 2 pymts on the same day for my balance. Whatever..I'm over this place.. that snotty employee should not be working with the public. Unbelievable..

After talking with Audrah, I made the choice to switch from Verizon to US Cellular, and I couldn't be happier! Audrah found a way to not only lower my monthly bill, but also add in an iPad and update my watch and phone. She was so kind and patient with me getting everything set up, and she made sure that I didn't leave without having the stories number in case of any difficulties or questions. I am so grateful to Audrah and her service!

Called and talked to Audrah Bender about adding a phone to my plan. She was very quick and gave us a very reasonable price. So thankful for her. Will absolutely be coming back to her for all of my needs.

Went in today to pay a phone bill told her my disapountment that door. Was locked when i paid my billq ( i paid for someone im payee for today) she pretty much gave me the impression i was a liar note on door said was closed due to short staffed . Thats not my problem. But dont think much of her attatude. Not even im sorry dor inconvience. Would have been nice.
