Verizon is completely opposite of T Mobile. The store attendants are opposite. The 611 is opposite. I prefer T Mobile in person but prefer Verizon 611. Just pick your battle, everything weighs differently towards different people.Pros:-Customer associates weren't very helpful, but did get the job done-First phone carrier store I've been in that i could use the bathroom. (Yeah the transfer took that long)Cons:-Bad information, new accounts can only add a new member/manager within the first week at a physical corporate Verizon store. Not 611 and especially not a non corporate Verizon. This misinformation took me an extra three hours of driving and work plus stress to resolve! When i talked to 611 about this that lady actually helped me figure out the best course of action, to bad i can't go leave that 611 lady a five star review! She was the best 611 I've had in a very long while! (That definitely includes T Mobile)-Transferring to Verizon took a very very long time-I received an eSim, but they didn't take my physical Sim card out and my phone didn't work good at all until i actually got that out at home for whatever reason. (I'm hoping it's not just cause i got connected to my wifi, i switched for better service not worse) also mind you that's an hour away so i struggled to use the phone for several hours even loading emails before i left town

I ordered a new phone in on Friday and was told it would be there Tuesday. Mind you the store hours listed everywhere say the store closes at 7pm. I get there at 4:30 ish on Tuesday so see a note on the door saying they were closed early due to short staffing. This wasn’t a big deal at all and I understood but I also don’t do very well with disappointment- especially when the associate I ordered the phone from even mentioned he’d try to be there to set it up with me on Tuesday. But this isn’t why I’m writing this review.I came back today (Wednesday) to set up my phone but this time I called ahead to confirm. I was told that my phone had indeed arrive on Tuesday and was ready to set up and that the store was open until 7 and that if I came in at 5 (when I told the person on the phone I’d be there) that they would be able to set my phone up no problem. At this point I was very excited because my current phone has been having trouble and I desperately needed a new phone. I got to Verizon around 4:56 to see the entire store closed and the carpets being cleaned with another note on the door explaining the issue. I am incredibly upset because it is now the second day in a row that this store has been closed unannounced. Not only that but that I had gotten confirmation over the phone that I would be able to come in. I work for the next 5 days so I will now most likely be waiting until next Tuesday to get my phone when I should have gotten it this Tuesday. I’m not even sure my phone will even be alive next Tuesday. If I could cancel the phone order and go to a different Verizon I would but i tried to call and do so - or to at least set an appointment with 100% certainty the store would be open but was instead on hold for over 10 minutes.

Good store location and all. I went here all the time for issues, but not much anymore. I’m willing to stand and wait at a corporate location for issues than this store. I was going in the store for a device swap. I know what I needed to do, but the manager Aimee Crist was like I’ll call customer service for you and then push me out of the store. I was a sales personal before and I know that’s not how you treat a customer. It’s about making them feel comfortable.

Almost no available selection to view, at 2pm all of their displays, while plugged in, were off and no battery power? Sales rep acted like it was the most normal thing in the world. Sales rep also had no knowledge on what the various phones capacities were nor seemed willing to look them up.

Far more helpful than the actual Verizon store on Elmore. The staff takes the time to take care of the customers, and they don't act like they're doing you a favor to be open and don't try to schedule you three weeks out for whatever your immediate issue is. I've been very happy with this store and it's staff.

I was in the store about a week or so ago. I needed some help with my Watch screen protector and I can't tell you enough what a wonderful experience I had at the store because of the associate who works there. She was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable in accessories and put on my protector perfectly. She also even noticed my current phone protector and explained why a different one would protect my phone better, she obviously is good at sales too but she was totally right and was purely trying to protect my phone and my wallet which is must appreciated. She told me if I ever needed any help to come back in as she is there Mon through Fri and happy to help. I wouldn't go to another Verison store while she is working at this one! Thanks again for all your help girlie!!

Don't waste your time. I have been a Verizon customer since 2000 and this is the worst store I've ever been to. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. 3 times they've jacked up orders. All they do is say sorry have a nice day.

The associate was wonderful! She took care of everything and walked me through the new phone setup. She made sure that everything was backed up and that I felt comfortable when I left. Store was clean and I was completely happy with my interactions there.

I would definitely recommend going to see Brandon at the Russell Cellular location for all your Verizon needs! He was willing to stay after closing since I was given an incorrect appt time through my Verizon! He was very informative and helpful and friendly! Kudos to Brandon for being a great face for Verizon!

Called to confirm delivery of my phone. They told me they had it and made notes of me coming at 2:30-3. I let them know also that I would be driving from 2 hours away. When I arrive the store is randomly closed 5 hours early, with nothing but a shitty apology note on the door. Wasted hours of my life and if I hadn’t already ordered through them I would go somewhere else. Seriously, take your business somewhere it’s appreciated, this place treats customers as last priority

I have already forgot, horrible short term memory, what my sales consultants name was, however....wow, you talk about a great guy, helpful and wasn't even mad when I showed up after the store was closed. In my defense I was told the store closed at 7pm not 6pm, but none the less, he treated me like the store was not closed. My business will remain at the Duck Creek location from this day forward. Thank you so much for all the help, kindness, and even the up-sells that I didnt need.
