I went to the store to upgrade my phone and receive a free watch. The guy that works there was truly amazing — knowledgeable, patent and helpful.
The woman who works with him — thin and blonde ish hair — was fantastic too!!! Both … Above and beyond helpful.
The woman with short dark hair —- not so much — more consumed with her own phone than helping me with mine.
But because 2/3 employees were super stars, I give this a 10/10!

I have come to this branch because for 2 years my bill was over $140.00 all I asked if it could be lower and they lied to me saying that my bill would get cheaper if I switch to a commercial line.
Now my bill is 170.00
NEVER trust anyone in this building.

Great service, my phone was shipped on time, and I had my plan reworked so I could save more money. Overall a good experience and Riley H. was super cool and very knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure

I felt welcomed, taken care of, and satisfied, when I left with my new phone. Latest Equipment, transfered from my old account, with another carrier, with my phone number.

I came in to the Verizon store in Bettendorf near Bettplex to switch to Verizon with a unlocked phone. During the time of helping me, she took a phone call from her boyfriend making plans after work (very unprofessional). Then told me that my phone is still locked.
I left and I called my phone company - they confirmed my phone is unlocked. I came back the next day and dealt with her again. She once again told me that my phone is locked and could not help me.
I had to go to another Verizon store in Davenport, and indeed that employee told me that my phone is definitely unlocked and was able to help me efficiently.
I do not recommend the Bettendorf store if you need assistance! Unfortunately I never write reviews, but this was a huge patient dissatisfier and waste of time. Go to the corporate store in davenport for any needs!

Aimee and Jacque were professional, knowledgeable and very patient with me as they helped to set up my new iPhone. I went back in for help and Aimee was wonderful in helping me. Would highly recommend this Verizon location and the staff.

Alberto and the manager and phenomenal to work with! Had a small issue with a brand new phone and they fixed it immediately!
