Kids refuse to help carryout, but make it a point to tell customers they're not allowed to take carts outside to parking lot to unload groceries. Nobody knows how to run the lottery machine. Everything is so high priced it's better to drive to Ottumwa or Centerville to get same stuff cheaper!! Store manager is rude and allows employees to play on cell phones while working or talk on phones while helping customers. I wish I could give zero stars!!

Brothers Market is a clean, well-managed hometown grocery store. Prices on some things can be high, but I am willing to pay for the convenience and not have to drive farther away to deal with Walmart or large grocery stores & crowds. The sale items and/or Brothers Market app coupon deals make up for a lot of the price difference on the total bill. A & E Milk is priced lower than Walmarts around. The employees are friendly and helpful. They even still carry out and load your groceries in your vehicle for you. Love that old fashioned customer service!
