On a long road trip and my car kept complaining about needing an oil change. Call RT Auto Friday morning and he had a slot for 4pm. Couldn’t have worked better. Thanks for the service!

Ryan, Jim, and the shop crew are truly phenomenal. I know they must cringe when I come across the phone needing something. I am the queen of procrastination and almost always have a sudden issue that needs repaired quickly, but they are kind and patient with me anyways. They bend over backwards to help anyone they can and as soon as they can. Even when you’re not making their job easy. We are fortunate to have great auto shops in town. One’s full of great people that just want to do their best for you. RT is definitely at the top of the list to call when you need anything!

RT Auto had great customer service as well as quality vehicle servicing. I've had tires replaced, rotated, aligned and oil changed. When I had to have tires replaced on my van and also asked them about alignment on my other vehicle, they honored their promotional special that I didn't even realize they had going-- free alignment with purchase of 2 tires. Even though the tire purchase and alignment were for 2 separate vehicles. When I had a flat repaired recently, They put my spare, jack, and tire iron back in place neatly. When my vehicle is done, they send a text to notify me and accept payment online. Very friendly staff and honest, quality service.

My truck stopped working so i had taken my truck to a different mechanic and they couldn't figure out what was wrong so I took my truck here to rt auto and it only took thmn an hour and a half to figure out the problem. They were really friendly and helpful in figuring out the problem. I highly recommend going to them.Service: Electrical repair
