Scammers. Submitted an online order and waited a week. Called them and they had no record of the order and seemed to think that was my fault while being completely unaware how their own online system worked. Requested a refund which they never processed. Buy your parts from someone else.

We just sold our 2004 Chevy Colorado to them. They'd said on the phone that they'd pay at least $600 for it and the frame was bad so we didn't want to sell it privately for more because we didn't want anyone to get hurt on the road. (Since it drove fine still and someone could treat it like a regular truck if they hadn't had it lifted and seen the rusted holes in the frame) So my husband drove it down while I brought the kids in the minivan to pick him up in. When I got there it was done for $600 and employee Eric was driving it off the lot. The tires alone were in excellent condition and worth $600 by themselves, so I asked about it and the answer was that Eric said they couldn't be resold because they would be considered waste tires by a new Iowa state law and there would actually be a few to dispose of them, so they wouldn't be any good to him. This was ridiculous because they were excellent tires. So I waited until Eric came back and asked if I could have the tires back since they weren't any good to him. And Eric shoved the paper back and said he'd bought it with the tires on and if I wanted to part it out myself then I was welcome to. This was so incredibly rude, and didn't make any sense if the tires weren't worth anything to him. So I asked again, offering to get them off myself since they weren't worth anything to him. He admitted that he has a guy that buys them from him for $20 a tire but it's still not worth anything to him because of the hassle of getting them off etc. So I offered again to go and get them off myself, and he waved the papers around and said that he still has to move it around a bunch and it's a lot harder without the tires on. Which is the first thing he said that had any sense to not letting me get them off, but he was so incredibly rude about it. I closed the conversation and we left. But I have the worst feeling about having done business with him. I feel like not only did he pay us less than what would have been anywhere close to a fair price, but he was extremely rude in shoving it back in our faces that the deal was already done and to basically deal with it and leave.

These guys are great. Worked with Eric directly. Found me a hard to find exhaust part. It was expedited and delivered so fast once order was submitted. Tracking was provided and was received very fast. Was not expecting it to be packed so well! Part was in great condition. Thanks Eric and SPILMAN AUTO PARTS.

I bought 2 afs/light assembly for my rx 400 and they gave me a great price for the pair,,and both lights despite being used didn’t have any issues, no leaks, easily mounted,as they assured me, and the customer service was good, I recommend contacting these guys if you need parts, they shipped the pair of lights and it wasn’t expensive.

We had a customer at our shop for repairs, someone else had helped her purchase her replacement part, but it was not the right part and we could not find any record of it. I called and spoke with Eric and he was understanding and saw where it had been ordered. He let us do a return for her... fast forward I could not find this part anywhere I had searched for days, I called Eric back, he found a part locally with a cross referenced number. Above and beyond what he had to do. We finally have the part, and thanks to the wonderful people here, my customer isn't out the money for the wrongly ordered one! Thank you so much for helping this small WV business! I'll shout your praise to everyone !!!!

Pretty crappy way to do business. I ordered a part over the phone for ~$140 shipped to my door. A few days later they called and said the part was not operational. So I went back on to the parts locator to find another and I see they have the same part(same stock number, same photos) listed on there but they have it priced at $650.

I ordered front seatbelts for my 2013 Buick Lacrosse, they were packed neatly....fast shipping and the seatbelts was in good shape, the exact color I needed just a little dirty but fitted my car perfectly.
