Because of high demand for printing, I was not able to have my project completed the same day. When I explained my situation to Heather, she was able to print everything within an hour! “i’ll preface by saying i never give a “perfect” “5 star” rating because there is always room for improvement. That being said, the experience was as close to ideal as it could be. my criticism would be that when a delivery, such as mine, is cancelled and has to be rescheduled that a reason for cancellation is given e.g., a driver got sick. I appreciated the updates and overall communication on day of delivery. The team was prompt in setting up my appliance as well as very pleasant to talk to. they answered questions to my total satisfaction and acted in a professional manner with handshake to start and end our encounter.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”

“Surprisingly small & rundown station for the heart of IA. few amenities.1 employee onsite who was at least friendly.
UPDATE (4/8/24): Seems like they may have either relocated the greyhound station that used to be .5 mile North of the Mercy campus in downtown OR Trailblazer-Greyhound lines has its own separate station from Jefferson-Greyhound; On Euclid Ave, 1 mile West of I-235.”

“I had an international package that was supposed to be here on 11/28 but U.S. customs held my dress in there forever. Anthony helped me track down my package, it was supposed to get to me the day after I left. I got a notification it was at the Ankeny post off as I was heading to the airport for vacation. I Asked them can they please check for my package. They were so kind! Anthony looked high and low. He found it. It’s the small things these days. I can’t thank the team enough.”
