“Had 6 pallets tipped and had to restack, 8 pallets to straighten. These people went above and beyond to work with the driver. With their help, no damage or shortage. 8 fellows jumped in tohelp, was out in about hour.Will be more than happy to go back again”

Combine that with “Amazon Price Match” and now “Amazon Return” drop location, easy access in and out, Copy & Print services, UPS/FEDEX pickup, and friendly staff- it goes “Above & Beyond” this retired sales reps expectations!”

“I never ever leave reviews. In fact, this is the first one I have ever done. This specific Staples has always had lackluster customer service that is hit or miss. Had to return a laptop (not an Amazon purchase) and for some reason thought if I just showed up with the shipping label and the product, they'd package it all up and send it. The service manager, I think his name was Remo, very politely explained they don't provide that service but said he might have an old box to send the laptop back. He went in the back, we tried one box - didn't fit, so he went back and found another that fit perfectly. Then because I was woefully unprepared he went and got packing tape that was on clearance and helped me tape it up. He went way above and way beyond! I will also note the store was busy, so it's not like he was just trying to waste time.”
“I had an horrible UPS drop off to accomplish with giant boxes nearing shipping limits; but they were packed and ready. One of the employees saw the struggle and immediately got things scanned, moved, and lined up all without interrupting all of the other customers' business in line.This is the Staples service I remember.”

“Had my beach bodi bike delivered today and the 2 gentleman who delivered we're great. They called me half hour before delivery and were so careful when backing in to not hurt any landscaping. They brought my stuff in quickly but safely and made sure I was happy before they left. Would deff give them 5 stars.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”
“Isiah is the MVP here! He showed superb customer service who went over and beyond to help me locate a missing item. He also found the misplaced item and was very apologetic for the trouble it may have caused. I have not seen this much care and concern from an employee dealing with the public in a very very long time. Thank you greatly Isiah for all your help, patience and kindness.”
“They were wonderful at helping me find my package that the UPS Store on EP True Pkwy failed to do. Don’t pay for that location as an Access Point cuz the owner will just send it back to UPS customer center. Anyways the two ladies that helped me tonight were wonderful and made a potentially really bad situation turn for the better!”

“I had an international package that was supposed to be here on 11/28 but U.S. customs held my dress in there forever. Anthony helped me track down my package, it was supposed to get to me the day after I left. I got a notification it was at the Ankeny post off as I was heading to the airport for vacation. I Asked them can they please check for my package. They were so kind! Anthony looked high and low. He found it. It’s the small things these days. I can’t thank the team enough.”
