Had a package that was delivered to the wrong home so I filed a claim and the post office was able to retrieve and deliver it to me, Post Master even gave me a call to confirm that I received the package after the mail carrier delivered it. Great customer service and communication on behalf of the post office.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst post office ever. Constantly getting other people’s main and have had. Packages are constantly getting stuck in the box and currently the key is stuck so I can’t even open it

Tracking- held at post office for pick up.
Next business day I go to pick it up. “Oh, we forwarded it already and it’ll get delivered today”
Package never shows up, start to fill out lost package form, check tracking one more time. “No secure place to leave it, notice left”. Stop filling out form and check porch. No notice.
Go to post office. Two employees are mad I submitted the form. Tell them no, I didn’t. Say I did. I ask why the guy didn’t deliver or leave a slip. Told I owe postage due to forwarding.
Even though it didn’t actually get forwarded, the carrier never tried to deliver it, I still had to pay to pick up the package.

I recently ordered something on ebay and it was supposed to have already delivered a week ago, but the tracking numbers said “delivery attempted, held at post office per customer request” there was absolutely no one who tried to deliver the thing at the door so idk what they mean by “attempted” and no one in my family and definitely not me requested it to be held at the PO. Ive gone there many times now looking for the stupid thing i purchased and all they can do is put down a name and number and hope they find it. Someone called and said they found it and they put it in our mailbox, which made me excited cause i thought this was all finally gonna be over. It wasnt in there. I went to the post office. They couldnt find it there either. Dont tell me its delivered if its not. This has gone on for so long at this point and im just tired of this. I understand why our post office has a 1.9 star rating.

Constantly having keys not put in my locker for packages and I get other people's mail in my slot. I'm sure others are certain my mail as well....

This has to be the worst post office in the state. Mail is consistently getting lost/misdelivered/or late. Trash.

The worst Post Office of any town I've ever lived in. They deliver to the wrong addresses regularly, put keys for locker packages in the wrong mailbox, and I've had to literally cut packages out because they were too big. If that wasn't bad enough, they have ZERO customer service. Both my wife and I were told repeatedly for a month that they would look into them delivering a important package to the incorrect locker and they would call us back. 3 different workers failed to ever place that call. Then would act like they were completely clueless and this was the first time they had heard from us. I understand mistakes but repeatedly not following through on helping correct that mistake or even attempting to contact us once when they told us they would is absolutely unacceptable.

Yall need to get rid of the delivery guy that is afraid to knock on doors. Why leave a red slip on my door for no signature when you didn’t bring the package with you to my door or even knock to see if anyone was home.

Poor, poor customer service! Water bill (postcard) torn & missing 1/4 of card, & delivered a week late. Almost created a penalty to me for late payment! I called Bondurant PO, “It’s the machines in Dsm PO that tears those postcards”. Took no responsibility. “It’s the City’s problem because they choose to use postcards instead of a statement in an envelope.The torn mail was not even in plastic sleeve that PO is supposed to use for damaged mail. “I’ll order some.” Too little, too late. No responsibility, no apology for late/damaged mail. Just NO customer service.

Absolutely unhappy, unhelpful, and every other word that starts with "un" work here. Did I tell you about the time they totaled my son's car when it was PARKED IN OUR DRIVEWAY?!?!? I try to look past these "little things" and I keep coming back for misery. It's just never good trying to get any help here. Can we bring the Pony Express back?
