Had to have some brake work done and these guys knocked it out of the park. Get in first thing Monday and had it back by the same afternoon. Truck is running and stopping perfect now. Will definitely be using these guys for future vehicle issues, thanks so much!!

I had a great experience with Woody’s Auto. They were very helpful and took the time to really figure out what was going on with my car. I originally thought it might be a CV axle issue, but after checking everything thoroughly, they found that wasn’t the case and honestly referred me to a transmission shop instead of just replacing parts. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism — hard to find shops like this anymore. Highly recommend!

Ryan and the guys were very helpful and quick in diagnosing and repairing the issue with the tires on my granddaughters car. Very friendly and courteous crew. They'll take care of you like they did us!

When a customer brings a vehicle in and asks for a specific job ( ie heater core), to be done and instead, you decide to go through everything and tell them what all needs to be done and don’t do the job that the appointment was scheduled for because you think that the customer might not want to do the job. That is an awful business practice. If you don’t want to do the job, just say so.

World class. I use my vehicle for work. When it’s out of service, I’m out of service. There are several other places I trust with working on my vehicle, but this time around, they were all several weeks out if I dropped it off, and nothing to tide me over until they could fit it in. On Friday morning after exhausting my normal trustworthy contacts, I called Woody’s based off a referral from someone I trust. They told me they could get me in, with no promises that it would be before the weekend, and I dropped it off around 2 on Friday, with a clean and reliable loaner from them free of charge to get me through. By 5 that night, they had texted me an estimate to approve the scope of work and the cost, so there were no surprises. They even included in the estimate a turning signal light, that I knew was out and hadn’t gotten around to doing myself. In the text I declined having them do that work for me, but they had already done it, so they didn’t charge me for it. By Monday afternoon, my truck was completed, and running like a champ. 5 stars feels like less than they deserve. Will be recommending to anyone who asks.

A/C stopped working on my wife's car and was able to drop it off same day and they had it quoted and fixed the very next day. Ryan and crew were awesome. I work in the service department across the street, and we use them for RV tire repairs and replacements. Fair pricing and quick work. Thanks!

Excellent customer service! I took one car in for an oil change and went to drop the second car off and forgot my wallet. They let me pay for both when I picked the second car up. Additionally they kept the car clean and did not get anything on the interior of the car. Very competitive pricing.

Was just passing through Bondurant and had an electrical issue with my vehicle. Had it towed there on a Saturday and they had the issue solved and repaired on Monday. Super reasonable!! I will take my car back there again when I have an issue. Great to work with.

ABSOLUTELY no better place to take your vehicle for ANYTHING! It's like taking your vehicle to your mechanic brother. Honest, affordable, dependable, and extremely flexible in getting your vehicle in and serviced. They also greatly appreciate any first responders, law enforcement, and military. You guys are awesome and I'm so glad you are here!

Literally rolled into their lot with a flat as they were locking their doors for the night; not only did they stay to accept the vehicle, take the keys, and talk about what happened and what I wanted, they gave me a ride home. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in 45 years. They also fixed everything at a price that was beyond fair, and let me leave the vehicle with them for awhile while I figured out my vehicle situation at work. A true 5 star experience in every way.
