We had a busy morning planned and decided to start early so, my husband, my niece and I stopped in for donuts at 4:30am so we could suprise the family at home with them. We decided to get a dozen of donuts. As we were closing up the box, the donut maker, Bob, came out and told us that we should have called and ordered the dozen of donuts, as it was our fault that his case was now empty. I asked him if he was serious or joking and he said he was serious. I told him that I would not call ahead and order 12 donuts and I had never been told that I had to call ahead for 12 donuts from Caseys and if he was worried about his case being emptied out from buying 12 donuts then he should probably go back to the kitchen and make some more instead of standing around chastising paying customers. He continued to tell me that I was incorrect and inconsiderate. Another customer jumped into the argument and told him that he was being rude and that people do not have to call ahead for 12 donuts. He told her to mind her own business. The cashier apologized for Bob but she did it in a whisper and even suggested that we report him to HR. This is not the first time Bob has been rude to me or others. The first time I met Bob was when I ordered chicken bites and I grabbed an extra packet of sauce. He came out of the kitchen and took the packet from my hand and told me that he had already put the sauce in the box and I did not need another one. I told him not to touch me and if I wanted another sauce packet, it was none of his business. And there are other stories I could share and I am sure if you ask his co-workers they could tell you 100 more. There is another gas station a couple blocks down the road that also serves food and they do not have Bob working there. I know of several people, including myself, who choose to stop there instead of West Caseys as a way to avoid dealing with him.

Took over an hour to get the wrong pizza twice (time to be done 7:57 and at 9:02 I still didn’t have the correct pizza and had to wait even longer. Got yelled at by both “cooks” after explaining to them what I ordered. Definitely go to a different Casey’s. Not the only time it’s happened.

The lady at the counter was incredibly sweet and helpful during my stressful car troubles. Her name was victoria and highly recommended she gets a raise!

Worst Casey’s and possibly gas station around!!! Don’t waste your money here unless you want multiple hour old pizza slices with no chance of new slices being put on the rack! I came in for a bite to ear on my lunch break and got told “get what ya get” about the food on the warmer rack. If I could give it a 0/5 for customer service I would, and another 0/5 for their absolutely terrible food quality/safety !

I ordered a large pizza and wings and they didn’t put in my order, when we went to go get the pizza after I had to call them a second time, the lady that was working in the kitchen was very rude to my dad. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Casey’s to anyone and the lady working the kitchen should be fired, very rude person. If someone can’t handle their job maybe they should go work at McDonald’s or become a Walmart greeter…

The Casey's in west Boone on Sunday had Horrible customer service. The boy workin he pushed a cart food where the bathroom dragged and then says excuse me nothing or didn't look up or make eye contact. The cashier did not even and try initiate a greeting or conversation or nothing in fact I mentioned how nice it was outside and her response to the Yup and when I get done with my purchase and that was it. I think the swinging door had better personality than they did

we stopped by this Casey's on Mamie Eisenhower street in Boone Iowa to order a pizza. I walked into the store and stood near the pizza counter where I waited for the attention of the employee there. This woman looked at me and ignored me. She was busily doing a few things, so I figured she just needed a minute. She said absolutely nothing and continued to ignore me. I asked the clerk at the cash register if I should call in the order, or... she said no and she walked over to see what the woman in the kitchen was doing. The woman in the kitchen looked at me, raised her eyebrows and said nothing. I started to ask for the pizza we wanted, and she rolled her eyes, sighed loudly and turned away.Never once had that happen before. I waited a few seconds and it was made clear to me that the chance to order a pizza was over. So I left, saying ok, will get a pizza elsewhere.I'm not sure whats going on at that Casey's where an employee feels entitled to behave so nastily. Maybe she had a rough day. Maybe she felt overwhelmed. I didn't mind waiting, but being treated with hostility and arrogance is not something I am going to tolerate and still do business with the people acting that way.I am certain this gray haired woman in the kitchen was taught early in life that basic courtesy is normal and that sneering, sighing loudly, ignoring and eye rolling is uncalled for. She acted like a 12 year old.I love Casey's pizza, so will buy elsewhere from now on. I realize that the 300 or so dollars my family has been spending at this caseys is unlikely to be missed. Still, it will be spent elsewhere.

I went in to purchase something and the employees stood around not checking me out. (I waited 10 minutes before leaving)
