“My water pump was going out on my car and I set up an appointment and dropped it off at Heartland to have it replaced. As they were working on the car I decided to have a tune up done so I called and asked John if it was possible to do that after the water pump. They were booked to the max already for the day but that didn't matter! John added it to the list anyway. When they removed the head of the motor he noticed a problem, the head gasket was leaking. He called me immediately to notify me of the situation. I told him to do wat was needed and I I would pay. We went from $730 up to almost $950. I asked him to do what he could to help me financially and he did exactly that! Great employees who do the job 100% correctly and amazing customer service. Don't even think twice just call them with any issue and the will do everything they can to get you back on the road. I won't be going anywhere else.
