Love house sitting for my son in Boone, Iowa, mainly for the chance to shop at the local Walmart. Very clean and the staff is lovely.

Couldn't find anyone to help unlock an item in electronics. No "Need Help" signs but I happened to notice you can press the screen at the check out for help. Pressed it once, nobody came. Pressed it again and eventually the least friendly-looking associate came sauntering back, glaring at me. I asked "Do you work in this department"? "Yeah" he said. I asked if he could unlock an item for me. No response but he stood there waiting for me to show him the item. Took him back to the item and he unlocked it. No other communication from him. By far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life but not surprising since it's Walmart.

The one in boone or ames has great deals and nice people but you go to Fort Dodge you will not find that at all

Walmart is always a good shopping experience unless the exit person is over zealous about their job

The only thing off about this walmart was the shampoo and conditioner placing (p.s. it is on the very left of the store when you walk in behind the *hair care aisle* which is what confused me)

Anyone else notice how the clearance aisle is hardly clearance priced. I've seen stuff marked clearance but the price is the same as regular price of the same item.
