“EDIT: I have since worked with the bank several times - in particular with Shawna, and my experience has been excellent. I am attributing earlier troubles to either covid-related issues or short term problems. I have updated my rating to 5 stars to reflect the changes in service.My experience does not seem to mirror others, so it is possible I am just having bad luck or timing. However, I have had an extremely difficult time getting in contact with this bank regarding the affairs of my recently deceased mother. Of the several times I have tried calling the bank, I have only been able to talk to a person once, four months ago. Otherwise, I am on hold forever and when you try to leave a voice mail, as suggested by the hold information, it tells you it is full. When I did talk to someone finally, they were helpful, but did not follow-up with the actions that needed to be taken after our conversation as promised and I was left having to reinstate contact and go through it all again, which is highly frustrating - and full disclosure - I am writing this review feeling highly frustrated. Because of these things, I would not choose to make this my home bank, I want better communication and follow-up for a place I entrust with my finances. Online chat seems to be the only way you can get anything done.”
