  Would be nice if they would answer the phone or provide an accurate number since it tells me I'm calling Des Moines and then get a dial tone after 4 or 5 rings

  Never answer the phone and never are around to check anyone out.

  Very awful customer service. The cashier was on the phone yelling at who I can only assume was another employee, asking them to cover for her. She never once acknowledged me or said a word other than what my total was. Even the management here seems to care less. I think I'll go to the grocery store instead. Very disappointing.
