ATM fee is only $2, not $3.50. Rather convenient if you are in the small town of Brooklyn and would rather not drive all the way to Grinnell. The tellers are all friendly, courteous, and professional.

I've had nothing but great and prompt service. I also bank with Wells Fargo which are slow and unwilling to help me. 1st bank has always helped me when I needed it. Thanks ladies
