I cannot recommend dining at this establishment due to concerns about hygiene. There have been numerous instances of patrons coughing and sneezing near the food, which raises significant health issues. Overall, the cleanliness of the environment does not meet acceptable standards.

I love this Pilot showers and the store are always clean the parking is tight but they are always courteous and the place is quiet too and yeah this morning I got a free coffee!

I ordered a shower, it's 3:32am, there's almost no one there, shower 4 is empty and shower 2 is occupied, I've been waiting 40 minutes, I say, do you have another free shower I can use, he says no. 09/20/25

Short story, I was standing in the parking lot and I see a bunch of workers talking very rudely to customers with the F word on pomp, before that they were standing behind a truck that was in line, but it blocked all the pomps and these guys were honking at him, and the driver was sitting on the phone not paying attention, and then those guys drove around him and wanted to fill up, the first driver who was sitting on the phone ran to swear at them when he saw that those guys drove around him. The guys who drove around him were 100% right but the workers did not listen to them, maybe because they spoke with an accent, it looked like racists! It looked disgusting! I wish Pilot managers would warn these workers so that they would respectfully talk to customers, no matter what race they are and what accent they have. It was really disgusting to watch! Oh, I forgot to say they kicked them out and didn't let them refuel!🤔

Empty showers and a line waiting for showers means you should probably clean a few showers. Why put that off for us truckers? Guess I’m not showering today before I get off the truck for hometime thanks.

Shower line has has moved up 1 person in over an hour… I’ve seen the manager tell employees to go clean showers but they just ignore and go do what they want… need a new manager and a new staff

We were traveling on I-80 when we suddenly came across a severe thunderstorm and tornardo warning. We pulled off and into this pilot. Cynthia and the rest of the team were super helpful, leading us the the shelter hallway and keeping us informed along the way. A great display of leadership and a solid plan!
