“The one-star reviews for this bank are 2 years ago, I'm assuming they've improved. My husband and I don't have any customer service problems with them. We opened accounts for both our boys here. We have checking, savings and got a car loan here. Some tellers may still be learning the job, but come on, that's the way it is everywhere. High turnover and low pay = inexperienced employees. My doggie loves going to the drive thru because they always give her a treat!”

“If you aren’t banking here you are missing out! Deshaun, Syd, && Jenna are AMAZING! They go above && beyond to accommodate the clients! Collin is not there often but he was fantastic when it came to me getting a loan && purchasing a new vehicle through AIM. While other places gave me the run around AIM told me exactly what I needed to do && I was in a new vehicle in less than a month! The Shazam fraud alert is an another great tool they offer which has already come in handy twice for me! I strongly suggest opening an account with them, you will not be disappointed!”

“Have only always had excellent experience with this bank. Originally opened an account here as I was dissatisfied with the other banks I've had accounts with in the past and I was not disappointed. All the staff I've dealt with here have been friendly and helpful. I agree there's a lot of questions at the ATM, but I feel that helps keep my $$ safer. I do wish there was a tiny awning for the ATM so that the screen wasn't so hard to read during the sunny days, but other than that I have had quick, smooth, courteous and friendly staff each time I've gone here. I like knowing I have an on-ground bank because sometimes digital banking alone just doesn't cut it.”
