I had Heather, who was nice and not overbearing, but i went in and asked for a gray balayage (I have had friends with similar hair who have gotten this done and had it turned out great, but unfortunately the salon they went to was back in canada). I was fully expecting to have to sit through multiple long appointments but ended up only needing one / a toner session and she seem satisfied with the result so I didn't bother pushing. It doesn't look bad at all, just a standard brown balayage but ultimately it's not what I was hoping to get.

I had my (covid-19) hair cut and styled. It was a mess. Savanna did a wonderful job. She's friendly and not in a hurry. I found my new hair dresser!
