Good pizza and kind service but avoid during busy times. I ordered 2 pizzas online, hours ahead of time during their Saturday 40% off deal. I was called minutes before to tell me they don't make brisket pizza anymore (it was an online option). I substituted it with a cheaper pizza but the charge was never adjusted. My friend picking them up had to wait an extra 20min. Then get home to find no taco sauce for the taco pizza. Great pizza, bad experience. I've ordered here before without problems. Just avoid peak hours and big sales.

Im sure when they get busy they take the phone off the hook and forget to put it back on. Multiple time I have tried to call and order and it never picks up I drive out and they are not busy but all of a sudden the phone works again when confronted about it!

Casey's are a stable chain. If you can navigate one, you can navigate them all. They are all pretty much the same. This is good as we travel. Everyone is familiar.

It took 2 hours from the time we ordered tonight to get our food. We called after it was 30 min. Late and got the same excuse we always get we have new people training. Pepperoni pizza was extra grease and under cooked crust.

The people that take your order.. seem to seriously struggle. No matter if I order at 1 or 3:35, knowing they deliver at 4:30..... they tell me 5:15 every time. Lies!!!!! I spend $27 with a a $5 tip included & I feel like I am dealing with incompetence!
