I have done business with this establishment 3 times now and the only issue I've had was the longevity of a used refrigerator which was no fault of theirs. They extended me credit on my first purchase with no credit check and we're very accommodating. They have a decent selection of appliances both new and used and I was very impressed with the overall quality and price of a 'scratch and dent' fridge that my landlady purchased to replace the used one. Their price was $400 less than MSRP and the only issue was a small blemish on the front and a minor dent in the side which, when installed wasn't even visible. I am quite satisfied with my new Frigidaire over/under refrigerator and my overall experience with Burns and Sons. Definitely recommended.

Phillip put my appliances in wrong and called me names while putting in my stove and washer. I'm not sure his last name but he should be fired. I've never had anyone install appliances and call me names I feel very disrespected.

Communication with people within the company is very bad. They do not return phone calls and did not have the proper equipment when they came out to install washer and dryer

Owner sold a washing machine that does not work in months time, lied about it saying it was Cleaned and serviced. Service man out to fix and it still doesn’t work, service man stated that it should have never gone out being sold like this. Owner will not refund money or do anything to for customer or washing machine. Owner very unprofessional the entire time. Stating that he sells things all the time that don’t work months later and doesn’t work with customers or stand behind his products. Owner also said that it was brought in from someone else who wanted to buy new and then over phone stated that his previous owned inventory comes from 2-3 different machines that he just pieces together. This guy and this business is very unprofessional and should be shut down.

Made an appointment with their tech to fix my oven so it will close. The day of the appointment, before he does his job he was scheduled to do, he injuries himself and is deemed unable to hold up his end. This is unacceptable business Etiquette.

Refrigerator freezer part gave out after 3 days of delivery 6 months later still waiting on dryer different excuse after calling everytime 1st they blamed covid then it's a different story every call took are money but no product delivered
