Well I have to say I'm very disappointed in this bank. I have been a customer for many many years. I'm going to say since 2004 if not before then. And the overdrafts that they charge you and continue to charge makes it very hard for a person to get out from under that. I'm on social security guaranteed check every month and when one of my accounts got hacked I was charged. I don't even know how many overdraft charges. At least three maybe four That's $99 on top of waiting for my money to be returned. That was stolen. I didn't get my overdraft charges back. It's a never-ending cycle and they're not ones to want to help you get out of it

This is a great Family owned bank. The employees are amazing and they have always treated me great. One of the last banks to stay private and not sell out to the huge banking systems that overcharge with fee’s and penalties. Support local banks before they are extinct.

The Trust Department is unprofessional and unethical. They do NOT take actions that are in the best interest of an estate! I do NOT recommend doing business with the employees in the trust department.

Have business account. Every time I use it for business transaction it locks my card and I can't use again till I call. Will be finding another bank.
