Have had issues with insurance pushing and pulling me around when it comes to one particular prescription. I always have to call and ask what is going on. Christie has been absolutely AMAZING and has gone above and beyond for me every time. She has made sure that every single time I get the medicine I need. Everyone always seems to want to complain about this location, so I wanted to share my positive experience!!

Walmart is better than this place but unfortunately there's times when you won't have a choice and walk there due to being closer to where I live at. They can also improve on making times shorter but what do you expect? Older workers behind the counter makes it more frustrating. They should at least have a young one or two at their disposal. But it is what it is unfortunately

I accidentally requested my ADHD medication too soon and was treated like I was drug seeking. The pharmacist told me exactly when I should be able to order and pick up my meds, telling me both how many pills I should have left and when that script could be filled. Then a note was put into my file that this prescription could not be filled until after those pills I was told I should have would be gone. I was told, correctly, I should have 4 pills and the note said do not fill until the 5th day. So I have to deal with symptoms that cause not only lack of focus, brain fog, racing and intrusive thoughts, but also frustration, self doubt, anxiety, and depression, while I'm also trying to do my job working with young people. When I said that script needed to be filled first thing in the morning so that I could leave said job, to pick it up in hopes of not running my entire day, I was told that they could not guarantee that. I'm angry, disgusted, and concerned about potential repercussions.

Pharmacy is always helpful and courteous. Drive through lines can be a bit long. Keep in mind this is really not their fault.

I had a prescription sent to Walgreens instead of my normal pharmacy. Of course Walgreens didn't have the 2 prescriptions needed. Tommy Murphy and pharmacist Omar at Hyvee pharmacy went above and beyond to help get my prescriptions filled, even staying after close to finish. I'm forever grateful for the compassion I was given 2 weeks ago. I highly recommend Hyvee pharmacy. Thank you again

Very slow. Always long lines, both inside and the drive thru. Takes forever to get a prescription filled. Dr puts it in early in the morning and by late afternoon it isn't filled yet. I've tried calling them to check and see if a presentation is ready for me and they don't even answer their phone. Going to be changing pharmacy's soon.

With the crazy that comes with the holidays, I wanted to share how much Hyvee pharmacy staff came through for my family. There was a lot of mix up with my sons scheduled medication. Thinking we would have to wait until the doctors office reopened to get it figured out. The staff told me to wait a little bit and like magic they got his medication filled right then. Thank you so much for all of the hard work yall do ♥️

I love how helpful the team is but I have a major issue on how long it takes them to fill prescriptions. It is almost everytime I try to fill my wife's medication that I set a fill time, it is accepted and then it doesn't get filled until a day or 2 after the fill date that they are ready. Why have a scheduled pickup if you never fulfill it?
