Best customer service around! Had a car problem they got me in right away and fixed it. They made me feel like they appreciated me as a customer and fixed my car issues perfectly!
I will definitely go to Campbell’s next time I have car trouble. Other car dealerships etc. see a woman bringing a car in as a way to make extra money telling her a lot of things are wrong when they aren’t.
Campbell’s didn’t do that, they fixed the problem and quickly for a fair price.
I definitely recommend Campbell’s body shop for all your vehicle needs.

They told me they didn't have my vehicle when in fact they did. It took the police department and another towing company to find my vehicle for me and then Campbell's confessed that "oh, I guess we do have it." It had been towed by a private contract with another individual. Not doe to a loan or lein. But die to a reserved park8ng placard that was barely visible by me and I dod not see it in the dark when I parked that morning. It coat 267.50 to get it out. Had to be cash. By the time I found it they were Almont closed and I barely got it out without tacking on another $75 ( per day fee) and I would have had to find another way to and from work and try to get it out the next day as well. .missing some work again. I am in the medical profession. Very saddened and upset.

Over priced, poor quality, zero customer service. Tried to charge me for diagnosis when my insurance company said they would cover it and refused to return my vehicle to me.

Lady had a flat tire out by my house they came and they changed it man was very proficient had a air pump the woman's donut was flat fixed her up and sent her on her way I thought they were very nice and courteous

Recently just got repairs done with this shop after hitting a deer!!! What a great job they did!! Even after we went to get the van we forgot the correct key and out they came to our rescue to unlock our car after hours. Highly recommend using this company!-ethan~Lauren Butler
