They replaced my windshield. The molding for the rearview mirror was broken i took it there and they were going to order a part. This was in April and it still hasn't happened. Us there is no way to contact the service center directly. Very, very, very poor follow-upService: Auto windshield repair

I usually don't give bad ratings, but by 4:20 no Message n went to the store which was right down the road from my friend, so we went down there n it was closed with a note on the door stating they only do remote.

My husband repaired a rear window in his F150 Ford truck when broken. This weekend when the rear defrost was pushed by accident the window shattered. A defect in the manufacturers products . It was quickly repaired and under warranty from the factory. He was pleased with the quick repair and turn around in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this business for auto window repairs!

I had a windshield replacement done on January 6th, 2023, in my driveway.. In doing so they removed my antenna , and “lost it”. I called immediately the next morning when I realized it wasn’t there. They were unable to locate it, said they ordered me a new one, this was 6 weeks ago . I’ve called numerous times and told it’s not in yet. I called the Ford dealership in town , and they carry them in stock!Service: Auto windshield replacement
