Woke corporate diversity hires with no motivation or knowledge of their job whatsoever. Not one of them knew how to print a UPS label for a warranty return box. Very basic task. took 40mins. i was the ONLY one there with 4 employees the entire time. pathetic.

The day I went in I was upset because neither the store employees or tech service had not been able to fix my phone. After two weeks of messing with the problem, I gave up and switched back to my old carrier. I went in to get a port out code because the self serve website kept crashing. I never raised my phone voice or cussed but did talk stern. The employee told me to lose my attitude or I would not receive service in that store. I kept my cool, but I think she was very unprofessional.

Ashlyn (Ash) is the best! She's so knowledgeable of all things T-Mobile, so friendly, so helpful and just an all-around pleasant person to deal with there at the store. Ben was also very friendly, but Ash worked w/us for several hours, 4 separate days this past week and we're so grateful for all of her help and for Ben's help as well. Thank you for such a smooth transition into the T-Mobile family!

New store and great staff! One of their staff even lended a customer his phone to use on their number while awaiting a replacement to their phone that was destroyed.
