Customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind their promises posted on their website! They have no idea how to help prevent problems with HSA accounts and leave you out on your own to figure it out!

Ever since this bank has switched to two rivers it’s been garbage I have been with this location for about 6 years now and I am to the point I will be closing my account and moving on. They treat you like you are d**** I have just had it with the customer service. I’m tired of the online banking app freezing for multiple days and nobody being able to help. I will not recommend this bank.

Nothing but problems since they bought out the old bank I used. They make banking inconvenient in every possible way. Constant problems with their app and online banking in general. It's frustrating to not have access to my account information because their IT department is garbage and employees aren't communicated with about issues.

Pam Passmore with Two Rivers in Iowa City has helped us so much with the PPP loan! She has been amazing to work with through this whole complicated process and. We're so glad that she has been there to assist our small business in this time of need. We can't say enough positive words about her!

Kuddos to Mallorie Chubb for her excellent personal banking expertise. She has once again gone above-and-beyond the call of duty by writing a confirmation of funds available to a third party on New Year's Eve. Mallorie and Two Rivers have always been there for us as our banking partners.

Bait and switch. Offers an attractive rate and terms and when it comes time to consummate the deal they say "after closer inspection of the number" we have to increase closing costs from $240 to $800.

I absolutely hate Two Rivers Bank and trust. I have had nothing but issues since they bought my branch. I was told it would be a seamless transition similar to when Dubuque took over First Community. It has NOT been.
