Such an awful bank to deal with, ever since there was a change in the software it's only gotten aggravatingly worse. The clerks didn't know how the system worked for sure so immediately put it on the client to correct the issue. The debit cards failed to function for many clients at local stores, their customer support is annoyingly inept and sends you to third party resources, and to top it all off, when they're actually forced to concede they made a mistake and fix it, there's no apology or assurance they won't screw it up yet again. Yes, personal experience here, in my case, they erred three times on the same issue and I had to wait three months for them to find they were wrong and return the money they were sure was not handled incorrectly, a third party resource they used had to prove them wrong. So, do yourself a favor, they offer nothing special, certainly don't excel in customer satisfaction, go somewhere else.

Can’t do transfers after bank hours on new app, zero support after hours even for fraud or any support, i will be closing my 3 accounts ASAP

I opened an account here over a year ago. I hadn't had any activity with my account for quite a while, so needed to come in and reactivate my account. They were very nice and helpful.

Customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind their promises posted on their website! They have no idea how to help prevent problems with HSA accounts and leave you out on your own to figure it out!

Took more than two weeks to close the account of a deceased person. Spent three hours on the phone and one and a half hours onsite. Told multiple ways of closing account, depending on which bank employee and location I was speaking to. The bank did it some other way than any bank employee had discussed or I agreed to. Zero consistency or uniformity of bank processes.Very glad to not have any further business with this entity who could have been a lot more helpful during this time of great sorrow.

Ever since this bank has switched to two rivers it’s been garbage I have been with this location for about 6 years now and I am to the point I will be closing my account and moving on. They treat you like you are d**** I have just had it with the customer service. I’m tired of the online banking app freezing for multiple days and nobody being able to help. I will not recommend this bank.

Nothing but problems since they bought out the old bank I used. They make banking inconvenient in every possible way. Constant problems with their app and online banking in general. It's frustrating to not have access to my account information because their IT department is garbage and employees aren't communicated with about issues.

Two Rivers Bank & Trust has great low auto rates. It's also really easy and painless to apply for a loan. Overall, you guys just rock! Keep up the good work.
