They are slow. As hell. They tell you one thing and then something totally different and In 3 weeks. Closed due to emergency how can people who rely on the medication can't get there medicine . In my whole life time never heard such a thing. I switching and not looking back. Horrible place

Called Sunday pharmacy said it is open. Guess what not open. Called store and they said it was closed. Moving business over to Walmart.

Walgreens pharmacy in Burlington Iowa is a joke. They don't have your full prescription ready they'll give you a partial and charge your full copay. Then when you go to pick up the remainder they charge you again.
I highly suggest if you do business with any Walgreens pharmacy that you move and get your prescriptions elsewhere.

My husband went to pick up prescription and was told it wasn’t ready but it would be for sure in the afternoon. After ensuring this because we live 40 minutes away he went home. We returned in the evening and waited 30 minutes to be told that it wasn’t ready because it required prior authorization. Their response was that he should have gotten a text notification to sign up for updates. He received that text as he was talking to the pharmacist who said it was sent 3 hours prior. Will be switching pharmacies.

Service isn’t as great as it used to be. Used to be able to pick up my prescriptions The same day they were put in and now it takes a while. Waiting in line to pick them up is ridiculous. Sit for an hour in the car in the drive thru just to pick up one prescription isn’t my idea of a good time. Ended up switching pharmacies because of this.

The quality of the service has gone down. This is the second time I call to have my prescription ready for pick up and it’s not ready when I get there. I called this past Saturday and said I needed to make sure 2 prescriptions were ready for pick up on Monday. Only 1 of my prescriptions was ready. They told me that I would have to come the next day to pick it up. Unacceptable. They did not even apologize. Their lines are long always, and I don’t have the time to wait around. I’ll be switching pharmacies.

The lady with the short brown hair is always SO rude. So today I tried to make a little joke and she flew off the handle at me. She is always like that. She hates her job obviously. They could do better.

Very friendly staff and communication about medications is excellent. No trouble and quick service. 5 stars.
