You call in a prescription 5 - 6 hours Later it might be ready? Doctor calls in a prescription night before and still Not Ready!!?? Everyone has a bad day,but Not everyday or do they?We switched from Hy-Vee because of terrible wait times.What gives Walgreens? Time to Switch Again!! Disappointing...I'm being nice!

I needed a battery for a key fob and didn't want to visit a large store for a small savings. Decided to swing to my local Walgreens. Friendly manager, friendly and helpful cashier. Clean and orderly store. And pleasantly cool inside on such a hot day. It was my own fault that the candy bar decision took a long time to make. (in the end, the Snickers with Almond won out.) Keep up the good work.

Nice place, pretty clean and great staff. Everything's stocked so nicely. I pick up my prescriptions here as well, which is always easy, simple and fast.

After a 10 minute wait... I was advised to do their job for them and call my dr office asking them to send in something covered. Hi, I'm requesting medication because I'm sick... not looking to cover your shift.... Told medication was out of stock then it wasn't covered. Which is it?? Regardless, looks like they dont care, but I can.
