I spoke to a representative, today 12 February 26 her name was Adela, I have been in the customer service industry, my entire life. I'm 62 now it is hard to find people who care. Adela was caring, concern, understanding, helpful,knowledgeable she is everything you would want to represent a company. Thank you again Adela

Somehow my satellite selector got bumped to single satellite. The representative quickly caught this error and got me back connected. I was elated! Great service and phone support.
