“They are a great bank with great service in most categories. When you attempt to call their number on the card you will find out that it is actual a general number and not local. This means that you may end up waiting hours on the phone just to resolve a simple issue. Their local offices are great though! Their online and mobile banking is great as well. Pricing is sometimes high, they have fees if you don’t use your bank account enough (no fees at Decorah Bank), will charge you fees for using ATMs(none at DB), AND charges you fees for international purchases (again none at DB) If you are just looking for one good bank account, go to Decorah Bank. You will always immediately get a person when you call, their fees are minimal, and they are always happy to help.”
